The Neonatal Transport Service provides care equivalent to a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ambulance transports new-borns in need of specialised critical care. It is operated by a multidisciplinary team of experts recruited and trained by Zenplus who are trained in the usage of advanced technology.

On arrival, new-borns are shifted to the NICU. NICU meets the rigorous standards set by the Indian Medical Association to provide the most advanced of care.
