  5. Blood Group: Communicated to the hospital for arranging blood in case of an emergency. This field is optional.
  6. Donate Blood: Indicates the user’s willingness to be contacted for blood donation campaigns. This field is optional.
  7. Ayushman Bharat Card No: Unique ID for availing special hospital facilities or concessions. This field is optional.
  8. Ration Card Number: Unique ID for availing special hospital facilities or concessions. This field is optional.
  9. Aadhar Card No: Unique ID for availing special hospital facilities or concessions. This field is optional.

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use,.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We use this information to dispatch the right type (Advanced Life support / Basic life support) of Ambulance during an emergency. The data capturing is optional and You can choose not to provide the data.
