Qualifications 

  • The candidate must have completed a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be associated with or have knowledge in manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, and other related sectors.
  • A strong understanding of utilities like HVAC, DG, plumbing, electricals,
  • compressors, etc, is a must. 
  • Candidates with CMMS knowledge or software maintenance have an added advantage.
  • Must possess excellent vendor management skills and be able to handle a team efficiently. 
  • Strong communication skills are required.

We are looking for a professional who has at least 5–8 years of experience in the industrial or facility maintenance sector. 

Position Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager – Maintenance, and are looking for a professional and experienced individual who could lead maintenance operations in Patna. The individual must be passionate about machinery operations and maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the management and execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Ensure optimal operational efficiency of all equipment and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise internal teams and handle third-party vendors for repairs and servicing.
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation, spares inventory, and compliance logs.
  • Ensure conformity with company safety norms and statutory regulations.
  • Suggest and implement energy-saving initiatives that promote continuous improvement.
