The candidate must be a Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Labour Welfare or a similar discipline.
They must have strong knowledge of the Factories Act, Shops and Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, Gratuity Act, and other applicable labour laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
The candidate must have the ability to manage union and IR scenarios effectively.
Must have practical knowledge in managing 1-2 employee death cases along with complete benefit disbursal.
The candidate must have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in Payroll, Compliance, and Industrial Relations.
Zenplus is seeking a talented and experienced HR, someone who has expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and industrial relations. Handle end-to-end payroll processing while maintaining accuracy and timeliness and ensuring compliance with statutory norms.
Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, audits, and other compliance matters.
Ensure complete adherence to applicable labour laws and manage labour licenses.
Manage union interactions, facilitate negotiations and ensure industrial peace and harmony.
Address and resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary concerns.
Handle sensitive cases such as on-duty/off-duty death cases and coordinate benefits like PF, ESI, gratuity, and insurance claims.
Draft and issue formal communications such as show-cause notices, warning letters, and PIPs according to the company policy.
Maintain the necessary statutory registers and documents required to meet audit and legal requirements.
