Aligned with the National Health Mission (NHM), Zenplus manages the 104 Medical Advice Helpline—a 24/7 operational service established through advanced call centers in the states of Odisha and Madhya Pradesh. This toll-free helpline is dedicated to providing accessible healthcare solutions, offering assistance for minor physiological concerns, mental health issues, and general ailments. It also serves as a valuable resource for directory information, health scheme details, grievance redressal, and more.
By enabling early diagnosis, the helpline seeks to mitigate the escalation of minor health concerns into critical issues, ensuring timely intervention and care. Notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, 104 was designated as the official government service for COVID-related inquiries and medical assistance. Zenplus has managed over 10,000 calls per day during peak periods, showcasing its commitment to supporting India during times of crisis.

My wife was suffering from labour pain, we had called an ambulance and rushed to the hospital in Katak, Odisha. At this time, I was unaware but my wallet had fallen inside the vehicle and on reaching the hospital, we were left helpless. However the staff in the ambulance immediately returned the wallet and we were able to make the necessary payments to the hospital. We are really grateful for the immediate services rendered and appreciate the honesty that the staff displayed.
