Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in quality management. 
• Having other professional certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE, etc., is a plus. 
• The candidate must have a strong knowledge of quality management principles, methods, and tools.
• The candidate must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed. 
• Candidates must be able to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Be willing to travel as per the company’s requirements. 

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in quality management or a related field. 

Position Overview

As a Quality Manager at Zenplus Private Limited, your role will be to ensure that all our products and services meet the required quality standards, comply with regulations and satisfy customer expectations. You will be overseeing the company’s quality assurance and quality control processes. You will have to lead a team of quality professionals, design and execute quality management systems and ensure continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and uphold quality management processes and systems.
• Manage and lead a team of quality professionals efficiently.
• Provide necessary training and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and implement quality assurance plans.
